Adam Curley, Esq.

Adam Curley is the founder and lead attorney at The Curley Law Firm. His practice includes representation of business entities and individuals in a broad array of litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Curley’s litigation practice includes the evaluation and resolution of commercial disputes for both large and small clients.
In his ten years of practice, he has helped clients resolve contract disputes, employment issues, premise liability disputes, and other general legal issues that arise in various business contexts.
Mr. Curley also has representative experience in construction, energy, maritime, toxic tort, first and third party insurance, personal injury, employment, bankruptcy and collections law. He has litigated hundreds of matters in state, federal and bankruptcy courts all over Texas. Mr. Curley has also briefed and presented matters before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and Texas Appellate Courts. Mr. Curley also helps clients in the clean energy sector address issues unique to a fast growing market.
Mr. Curley’s experience with both large and small business clients in a wide variety of issues allows him to effectively assist his clients in resolving virtually any business related legal issue both efficiently and effectively.
Mr. Curley is an active member of both the legal and civic community and sits on boards and committees for several education and non-profit entities. Mr. Curley is also an active member of the Houston Heights community, where he both lives and works. In his free time, Mr. Curley loves spending time with his wife and two girls.
